Professional Services Billed Hourly

Group2 Consulting can provide professional services by the hour; similar to your accountant or attorney. Our rate structures are designed to serve small, independently owned businesses and are not cost prohibitive. We can build a rate structure to fit your specific needs by factoring in the type of business you have; location; specific services you need, etc.

Hourly rates are based on the specific services needed and the professionals assigned to the work.

“We do not believe in charging excessive hourly rates for services you don’t need; and we don’t charge a senior level rate for mid-to lower level services. We treat our clients fairly and honestly.”

Fixed-fee Projects

We can also price our work based on a specific project. We determine exactly what needs to be done in what time frames and the types of professionals needed to achieve a successful outcome.  We provide a flat-fixed-price for the entire project.

There’s no reason to pay for services you don’t need plus, we all know the total cost before getting started.

On-going Services

If you have the need for on-going services but on a more limited or focused basis, our EXECOnCall program may be just right for you.

For example, you may not have the expertise, time or desire to build and monitor a solid operating budget for your company. It’s likely something that can be handled on a weekly or monthly basis but it’s hard to find that sort of part-time expertise.

We can put programs together that support any part of your business in an on-going basis for a few hours a week or month, depending on your needs. You would truly have an Executive level person “On Call” at rates that make sense for you and your business.
